A Tale of Two Fools – 19 January 2014

Our story for this week begins on a very somber note when Samuel dies. David is still being chased but not caught and is hiding in the desert from King Saul. Through this story we see that David is not perfect, but he does have a heart for the heart of God. Through this story we find three heart qualities of David that we would do well to cultivate ourseelves: 1. Discerning, 2. Entreatable, and 3: Patient
