Lessons From the School of Affliction – 5 July 2015

We are going to take a brief break from Romans for the next three weeks and then come back to it at the end of the month. This week, we focus on Psalm 119:71. Psalm 119 is the longest Psalm in your Bible and it celebrates the relationship between the Psalmist and God. Today we focus on the part that deals with affliction. “It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees” (Psalm 119:71). Affliction can be good. It can help us learn God’s ways.

Pastor Matt preaching on Psalm 119:71.
