The Table of the King – 5 March 2017

We have reached the final message in our series called “The King of Kings in the Books of Kings.” There is a broken record playing throughout the Books of Kings and the song is not, for the most part, a happy one. This book is, after all, a tragedy. Today, we’re going to read the ending, and it is NOT a happy one.

We have four headings used to tell this story and they should all be very familiar for those who have tracked with us throughout this sermon series. They are all things we’ve talked about again and again and again throughout the Books of Kings. : 1. The Eyes of the Lord, 2. The Word of the Lord, 3. The Anger of the Lord, and 4. The Grace of the Lord.
