District Updates & Sunday School Class
We encourage you to set the alarm early next week as Kerry Doyal will be here to give us district updates and teach a special pop-up Sunday school class: “Jesus Helps His Learners Become Doers, Goers – Pre-deployment Training from Jesus from Matthew 10:1-15”. It will be held in the Fellowship Hall on June 7th at 8:30am.

Family Ministries volunteers who have not yet returned completed paperwork are asked to do so ASAP, as our new policy will go into effect tomorrow. Paperwork can be placed in Jordyn Skacel’s mailbox.
Family Bible Week Volunteer Meeting
Next week after church Family Bible Week volunteers who are volunteering in classes, crafts, games, and the worship rally are asked to stay after church for a brief meeting to go over last minute details in preparation for the week.

Family Bible Week – Theology Class
Adults and older teens are invited to join Pastor Matt for the FBW Theology Class at Family Bible Week. This year, our class will be studying what the Bible says about the human condition–how we live in the tension of being both wonderfully made in the image of God and yet also fallen far short of what we were created to be. Bring your Bible, your questions, and an open heart to learn.
Pastor Matt on Vacation
Pastor Matt is currently on vacation until Wednesday June 10th as he is helping Robin move. For any needs during this time, please contact Cody Crumrine or Keith Hurley.
Directory Update
Robin Mitchell’s new address is 11510 NE 112nd Drive, Apt 119, Vancouver WA 98662.
Special Business Meeting
On June 28th after the service there will be a special business meeting for members regarding the paving of the parking lot. Members, please plan on staying after as we decide how to proceed.
To All Who Have Known Wally Kephart…
Wally is turning 90 on June 2nd. His family wants to celebrate by surrounding him with reminders of God’s goodness. They are asking for those of us who love and care about him to send a short message, share a favorite scripture, story, or prayer. If you would like to take a moment to send a card or note, it can be mailed to 1195 Centre Hill Road, Morrisdale, PA 16858.
Scam Prevention Handouts
Pastor Kevin Labby of First Free McKeesport has compiled a wise guide to help protect Christians from being scammed in various ways. There are handouts of this guide now available in the foyer. See Pastor Matt with any questions.
