How (Not) to Be a Leader – 13 October 2019

The Gospel of Matthew is a theological biography of the most compelling Person has ever lived, the Lord Jesus Christ. As we’ve studied it together these last two years, we have kept our eyes on the ball and learned about Who Jesus really is and what that means for us as His followers.

As we enter the fifth and final section of Matthew: the judgement and return of Christ, we gain some valuable insights on how to, or rather how not to be a leader: Preach, but don’t practice. Pile it on, but don’t help. Pursue honor, but don’t humble yourself.

Pastor Matt preaching on Matthew 23:1-12.
